Wednesday Night Fellowship-

May 6

Wednesday Night Fellowship continues on May 6. Dinner will be served from 5:45 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Cost is $4.00 for adults and $3.00 for children with a maximum of $12.00 per family. At 6:30 we will have a program of music by some individuals in our various choirs.

Wednesday Night Fellowship will resume on Wednesday, May 13. Dinner will be served from 5:45 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Cost is $4.00 for adults and $3.00 for children with a maximum of $12.00 per family. At 6:30, we will enjoy a presentation by the Marsh Regional Blood Center. Please make your meal reservations on the attendance pad on Sunday or by calling the church office by Monday at 5 pm.

At Wheeler, our vision is to be a church that honors our Lord through out Empowered Leadership, Functional Structures, Inspiring Worship, Holistic Small Groups, Need-Oriented Evangelism, Gift-Oriented Ministry, Passionate Spirituality and Loving Relationships. We are not there yet, but would love to have people who can help us on our way.

MISSION OPPORTUNITIES MAY 2009

Sunday, May 17-Missions Luncheon- This luncheon is a fundraiser to support Chris Blackburn in his work as part of a mission team to Kenya who will conduct a VBS and medical mission.

May 17- June 7- We will be receiving donations of supplies for Health Kits to go to our missionaries in Zimbabwe- Bill and Maria Humbane at Ishe Anesu.

Sunday June 14- We will receive our part of the Holston Annual Conference offering for the work of our conference in Yei, Sudan.

Class for those new to our church or denomination. 10;00 AM on Sunday mornings in the Library.

Workbook of Intercessory Prayer
Begins June 17
Small Group Study on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM. Cost is $10 per person for Participant Workbook.

CHRISTIAN BELIEVER GROUPS
BEGIN July 28
Small Group Study on Tuesdays at 10:30 AM or 6:30 PM. Cost is $40 per person for Study Manual and Readings.
